| pt_BR |

usp.description.abstracttranslated | This article describes a new algorithm lor analysis and description of tubular structures based in the concept of agents. The algorithm of the Bat Agent can be applied in images of tubular structures as sanguineous vases, set of ribbings of leaves, ramifications of the neurons, amongst others. The technique was inspired in the flight of the bat inside of the caves that through its sonar traces the way to be covered. From the images of tubular structures some information can be extracted how much its measures, thicknesses, bifurcations, geometric arrangements, beyond the possibility buying images of one same structure. | pt_BR |
